For the first time in years, Memorial Day will be observed at Ellsworth (colored) Cemetery, near Westminster at 2:30 P.M. Rev. J. W. Carroll will officiate. Marcellus Dickerson is president of the cemetery board. The cemetery grounds have recently been cleaned.
